Humanum ... to develop the human
 Humanum... to develop the human

Humanum's philosophy and approach

Established in 2016 by Nicholas Bradbury PhD, Humanum’s work is designed to develop in participants a whole-systems mind-set, able to read the big picture and so to influence multiple perspectives with empathy, emotional intelligence and political astuteness. Fundamental to this is an expansion of self-awareness, especially starting to understand my current blind spots and what it is like being on the receiving end of my leadership. Such a mind-set and such self-awareness is essential particularly in leadership work outside formal authority relationships, where understanding the goals, interests and values of partners is important, and where building coalitions to achieve outcomes is crucial.
